Prince has cancelled his upcoming show in Ireland, just a week in advance of the concert. Promoters for the long-awaited date at Croke Park in Dublin made the announcement today, apologising to the 50,000 plus people due to attend. Citing "reasons beyond the control of Prince and MCD Productions", the statement said everyone will be refunded for the gig, which was due to take place on Monday.
